External Geodynamics and Hydrogeology Unit - Department of Geology of the UAB: Creation of a table where the headings are reclassified according to differentiated surface formations based on previously established geological and geomorphological criteria. The process that has given rise to the recent formations originated during the Quaternary, the alterations on the main types of substrate and the non-existence of superficial formation are taken into account. OTPAT: Union in a geodatabase of all the sheets of the cut 1: 50.000 of interest of the geological map of the Magna plan of the IGME (downloadable from the web of the Departament de Medi Ambient i Habitatge de la Generalitat de Catalunya (DMAH)) and dissolution of the polygons by the EPIGRAPH field. Linking (join) of the table of attributes of the geodatabase with the table of reclassification of the epigraphs in surface formations. For those epigraphs not considered in the reclassification table a new category has been created, the nº 23 of "unassigned". Linking (join) of the attribute table of the geodatabase with the lithological characterization table and the geological time table, both linked to the geological map of the Magna plan of the IGME.
